AMS ENGLISH
BUILT WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY USE KOREA

What are we missing?

AMS is written from inside Korea, but that can hide the exact moment an international visitor gets stuck. Tell us what failed, what answer you could not find, or what tool should exist.

OUR CURRENT ASSUMPTIONS

Does this match life from the outside?

These are recurring patterns, not claims that every foreign visitor has the same experience. Challenge them on the board.

01

Identity is a chain, not one form

A name mismatch between a passport, residence card, phone carrier and bank can block several unrelated services at once.

02

A working card may still fail online

The difficult step is often Korean identity verification or a local payment flow, not whether the card has enough funds.

03

The English screen may end halfway

Maps, reservations, delivery, government sites and customer support can switch back to Korean at the decision point.

04

Visitors and residents need different answers

No Korean phone, a short-term SIM, a residence card and leaving Korea each create a different set of options.
