The policy question: How does someone become a Superhost?
Useful context I found: Automatic quarterly review, no application — hit 10+ stays (or 100+ nights across 3 reservations), 90%+ response rate, under 1% cancellation rate, and a 4.8+ rating, and the badge appears on its own.

My specific situation: [Describe what happened, including dates and messages shown]
The outcome I want: [Refund, verification, appeal, account recovery, explanation, etc.]
Important constraints: [Country, deadline, booking/account status, documents already submitted, budget, or other limits]

Please:
1. Identify any missing facts you need before reaching a conclusion.
2. Separate platform policy, local law, and your own inference.
3. Give me the safest next steps in priority order.
4. Use current official sources where possible and flag anything that may have changed.
5. Draft a concise message I can paste to customer support.
6. Do not invent account access, guarantees, refund rights, or legal conclusions.

Why this policy exists

Superhost isn't something you apply for — it's a status Airbnb re-evaluates automatically every quarter. Four conditions must all be met simultaneously: (1) hosted 10+ stays in the past year, or 100+ nights across at least 3 separate reservations, (2) a 90%+ response rate to guest messages, (3) a host-caused cancellation rate under 1% (cancellations from force majeure/extenuating circumstances don't count against this), and (4) an overall average rating of 4.8 or higher out of 5. Meet all four and the badge appears on your listing automatically with a notification email — no application needed. Miss any one of them the following quarter and the badge disappears just as automatically. For guests, the badge is best read as Airbnb's own verification that a host has had close to zero cancellation, non-response, or low-rating incidents over roughly the past year.
