HOW IT WORKS

How it works

Pick ingredients (pork, beef, rice, wheat…) and the kind of dish (noodle soup, rice plate, bread…).
Exclusions hide dishes where the ingredient is visible and flag dishes where it can hide in a sauce or broth.
Budget, typical and premium bands are filled only from official menus; the rest show a dash.
Chains appear only when the menu item is officially confirmed, with a Google Maps link.
