🧴Olive Young Korea answer

Why is the same product a different price at another Olive Young store?

Olive Young says prices can differ by store because of local competition and new store openings, promotions that run only online or only in stores, and discounts tied to partner payment methods. OLIVE YOUNG Global runs its own promotions too.

Why this policy exists

Olive Young's official store FAQ (checked October 9, 2026) gives three reasons some stores charge different prices: the character of each store's area (competition, openings), promotions that differ between the online mall and stores, and partner payment methods.

OLIVE YOUNG Global says it operates separately from the stores and website in Korea and handles international shipping only, so event conditions, products and free gifts can differ depending on what can be shipped abroad, manufacturer contracts and local conditions.

If a promotion starts after you bought something, the store FAQ says you can bring the receipt and the original payment card within 15 days to change the payment, and to get the promotional price you must bring all of the items, unopened.
