I had a problem with something I bought at a Musinsa store in Korea. What now?
MUSINSA GLOBAL's help center takes these cases, including a security tag left on the item, a wrong item, a defect or a billing problem. Send the store name, a photo of the receipt and photos of the item with a short description. Musinsa has not published a return period for store purchases.
What to do now
- Photograph the receipt and the item (and the full security tag, if one was left on).
- If you are still in Korea, take the item and receipt back to the store.
- Otherwise submit a request on the MUSINSA GLOBAL Help Center with the store name, receipt photo and item photos.

Why this policy exists
MUSINSA GLOBAL's help center (updated May 28, 2026) lists what to send:
· Security tag not removed: the store name, the purchase receipt (a photo is fine), and a photo of the item with the whole tag visible.
· Wrong item, defect or other issues, including billing: the store name, the receipt (photo is fine), and photos with a short description. For defects, 2 to 3 photos from different angles speed things up.
· How: MUSINSA GLOBAL > HELP CENTER, then the request link at the bottom of the page.
The Global help center answers online only, in English and Japanese, 9:00 to 18:00 Korean time on business days.
Musinsa's Korean FAQ does not state an exchange or refund period for purchases made in its stores. If you are still in Korea, ask the store directly and keep the tags on.
