- How much does Kurly charge for a change-of-mind return?For a change-of-mind exchange or return, the shipping fee is ₩6,000, or ₩3,000 if you already paid the delivery fee on that order. If the item is defective, Kurly pays the shipping fee.
- How long do I have to claim a refund or exchange for a defective or mis-described Kurly item?Within 3 months of receiving the item, and within 30 days of learning about the problem. In that case Kurly pays the shipping fee.
- When are Kurly points paid out, and how long can I use them?Membership-earned points are paid on D+2 after each monthly membership period ends. Review points are paid within D+1 after the review is posted. Points must be used within 6 months of payout and cannot be converted to cash.
- What happens if a Saebyeol delivery is left at the building entrance or security desk instead of my front door?Saebyeol delivery is made to your front door as a rule, because deliveries arrive very early in the morning. Kurly lists specific building-access situations where delivery is left at the entrance or the security desk instead.
- Can I cancel a Kurly order after it has started shipping?You can cancel only while the order is in the order-received or preparing-for-delivery stage. Once it is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible, so you need to request a return instead, and some items cannot be returned.
- What happens to my Kurly points and coupons if I withdraw from membership?Unused points and discount coupons expire as soon as you withdraw, and they are not restored if you sign up again.
- If I cancel part of a Kurly order, do the coupons I used come back?No. A discount coupon expires when the purchase is cancelled, and when only part of an order is cancelled, the coupon used on that order is not restored or paid out in cash.
